Job timing : - 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Qualification : LLB perusing or completed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Reviewing and Finalising Recruitment Placement Agreement, Contract Staffing, Routing Agreement, Work order, NDA, RPO, RFP, Pass through agreements etc.

2. Sharing company documents with client for Vendor registration

3. Agreement Pointers are shared with Management in mail.

4. Drafting of agreement as per the business requirements and clients, sharing the format with clients.

5. All location rent agreement finalisation,



raising query on same and registration of agreement by co-ordinating with the landlord and related people.

6. Vendor registration of client on their portal or as per the details been received on mails

7. Maintain agreement tracker for Singapore client

8. Maintain the India Agreement Tracker and share the same with renewal Status

9. Working on Bidding, RFP, RFI. Help the Manager for filling the tender and provide the supporting documents to them as and when needed

10. Agreements of foreign associates has been reviewed and share the pointers with them for their finalisation
