We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist - ZOHO CRM with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in either Zoho CRM or Salesforce CRM management.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from Office 5 days a week)
Work Hours: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Pune and can commute to the office independently.

Currently we have openings for CRM Operations Specialist - ZOHO CRM (Work From office)

Job Description:

- Minimum 3-5 years hand-on experience with CRM such as Zoho CRM
- Manage the daily administration, data integrity, and campaign execution within CRM platform
- Import, clean, and map prospective contacts into the CRM from various 3rd-party database subscriptions.
- Maintain database hygiene by deduplicating records and updating contact fields
- Allocate and route newly added leads to Inside Sales Representatives based on internal distribution rules.
- Set up, launch, and manage periodic Sales and Marketing Campaigns within the CRM targeting prospective clients.
- Execute email broadcasts, sequence workflows, or specific outreach lists on behalf of individual Sales Reps.
- Generate and distribute actionable CRM reports to track campaign effectiveness.
- Build daily/weekly Activity Reports broken down by specific campaigns and individual Sales Reps.
- Monitor and report on the Sales Pipeline, tracking conversion metrics from initial prospect to qualified lead.
