Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions across departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in white-collar recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working as an individual contributor without team-handling responsibilities.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
