Job Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable automated test frameworks for cloud-native and distributed applications.
- Build and execute comprehensive test automation solutions covering functional, integration, regression, API, contract, performance, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Develop testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance approaches for platform modernization initiatives, cloud transformation programs, and microservices-based applications.
- Implement robust API, service, and integration testing frameworks to validate complex distributed systems.
- Partner with architects, developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies to improve testing efficiency, accelerate framework development, and modernize legacy automation assets.
- Utilize AI-powered engineering tools and practices to enhance productivity,



code quality, and test automation effectiveness.
- Implement intelligent quality engineering capabilities including automated test generation, synthetic test data creation, self-healing automation, intelligent defect analysis, autonomous test execution, and regression optimization.
- Drive quality governance through effective test management, traceability, reporting, coverage analysis, and release risk assessment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline quality gates and continuous testing practices to support high-velocity software delivery.
- Evaluate emerging testing technologies, AI-driven solutions, and engineering best practices to continuously improve quality engineering capabilities.
- Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to the overall growth and technical expertise of the QA organization.
