*1 Team Leader Residential Real Estate Sales*

*CTC:* 6 LPA 10 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

*Experience:*

4 years - 6 years in Residential Real Estate Sales

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

Strong leadership, sales closing & negotiation skills

Experience managing digital leads, high-ticket sales & team targets

Good understanding of the Pune - residential and commercial

*2 Sales Manager Residential Real Estate Sales (Individual Contributor)*

*Salary:* 30,000 50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

*Experience:*

1 year –4 years in Residential Real Estate Sales

Strong sales closing & client management skills





Experience handling digital leads and site visits

Knowledge of Pune West - residential projects

Target-driven with excellent communication skills

Office Location :- Wakad Hinjewadi

### Working Days

6 Days a Week :- Tuesday to Sunday

(Monday Fixed Off)
