Job Details:
- Provide functional consulting and support for the Proton application.
- Support Test Managers with IT testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage test cases and test instances, including uploads, downloads, reporting, and interfaces.
- Consult on current Proton requirements, including the introduction and usage of new fields.
- Prepare and maintain Proton user training materials for LDC.
- Support Proton user access management.
- Attend end-user Q&A; sessions and guide users on Proton usage.
