Key responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Process and coordinate business visa applications.
- Manage accommodation requirements for recent joiners.
- Assist employees with cab booking requirements.
- Maintain MIS dashboards and prepare monthly reports.
- Process and track invoices in a timely manner.
