- Manage employee data, including master data setup, payroll processing, and advantages administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments through SAP HCM module.
- Collaborate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee compensation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all aspects of human resources management.
Job Requirements :
- Deep technical and functional knowledge on data modeling and processes - Employee Systems ( HR), UKG, ADP Global view Payroll, SAP HR
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP HCM (Payroll) module.
- Experience with master data setup, maintenance, and reporting in SAP HCM.
