Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train insurance advisors.
- Drive sales and achieve business goals.
- Support advisors through field coaching and joint sales calls.
- Ensure quality customer service and query resolution.
- Conduct customer meetings and business development activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 6 Months to 6 years of sales experience/Fresher
- BFSI/Insurance experience preferred.
- Solid communication and team-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
