Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Retainer

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at eClerx. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and entry-level positions across various business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess suitability based on job requirements.
- Coordinate L1, L2, and subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, work location, shifts, and other expectations to candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups,



offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Ensure recruitment targets, turnaround times, and quality-of-hire expectations are met.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 25 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, BPM, BPO, or digital services.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience handling multiple positions and meeting recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, Excel, and applicant tracking systems.
- Willingness to work from the Coimbatore office at Tidel Park.
- MBA in Human Resource is Preferred; 12+3 years of education(Graduation) is Mandatory.
