Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor solar cell manufacturing equipment.
- Handle processes such as:
- Texturing
- Diffusion
- PSG Removal
- PECVD
- Laser Process
- Printing
- Firing
- TOPCon Tunnel Oxide & Poly Deposition
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Conduct routine process checks and maintain production records.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting.
- Minimize process losses and wastage.
- Follow SOPs, EHS, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.
Required Skills:

2. Maintenance Technician/ Lead Technician- Solar Cell Manufacturing
Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of solar cell manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain utility systems:
- HVAC
- Chillers
- Compressed Air Systems
- Vacuum Systems
- DI Water Plant
- Gas Distribution Systems
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine uptime and OEE.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and process teams.
Required Skills:
- PLC basics.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of automation systems.
3. Quality Associate / Lead Associate - Solar Cell Manufacturing
Ensure product quality compliance across all solar cell manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Monitor critical quality parameters.
- Conduct EL and IV testing.
- Analyze yield loss and defect trends.
- Manage quality documentation.
- Handle customer quality requirements.
- Participate in audits and CAPA activities.
- Ensure ISO and quality standards compliance.
Required Skills:
- SPC, 7 QC Tools.
- Data analysis experience.

4. Process Associate/ Lead Associate- Solar Cell Manufacturing (TOPCon / PERC)
Responsible for process optimization, yield improvement, and continuous improvement of TOPCon/PERC production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor process performance.
- Optimize process parameters.
- Improve cell efficiency and yield.
- Perform DOE and RCA activities.
- Analyze process trends and SPC data.
- Reduce manufacturing defects.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
