Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on
customer requirements and forecasted demand.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to planned output and
delivery commitments.
Coordinate with production teams to address production constraints and
schedule deviations.
Material Planning & Inventory Management
Plan material requirements based on production schedules and Bill of Materials
(BOM).
Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of
raw materials and electronic components.




Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to maintain optimum stock
levels.
Production Monitoring

Track daily production performance against actual plans.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
ERP & Reporting
Update and maintain production planning data in ERP systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, inventory, and
delivery performance.
Ensure accuracy of planning and inventory-related records.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse
teams for effective execution of plans.
Support timely resolution of material shortages and production-related issues.
Participate in production review meetings and follow up on action plans.
Continuous Improvement
Support implementation of 6S and Kaizen initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement activities aimed at enhancing planning
accuracy and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and quality standards
