Role Overview

Truecom Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage the companys accounting, finance, and taxation functions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in statutory compliance, GST, financial reporting, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage end-to-end GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), reconciliations, and assessments.

- Handle direct taxation matters including TDS, advance tax, and income tax filings.

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for assessments, notices, and audits.

Audit & Controls

- Lead statutory, internal,



and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs and risk mitigation practices.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

- Provide variance analysis, cost control insights, and profitability reports.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities.

- Support management with financial inputs for strategic and operational decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and GST.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

- Experience in handling audits and interacting with statutory authorities.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced Excel.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent skilled qualification preferred.
