Process: Customer Care Representative (TCS GEM)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (V5)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Minimum 6 months of experience, with experience documented on paper.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (V5).
- Valuable interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits:-

- CTC: 26,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 20,900 per month
- Shift: Day shift
- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off
