Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science
Certification: CCNA or equivalent (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco/Zyxel).
- Manage LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Provide L1/L2 support for network connectivity, end-user systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Assist with server maintenance, system patching, endpoint security, and access control.
- Perform network monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Maintain IT assets and follow client security policies and operational procedures.

Essential Skills

- Robust networking fundamentals, routing, switching, and subnetting.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco/Zyxel network devices.
- Basic understanding of server infrastructure and endpoint security.
- Troubleshooting, network monitoring, and IT support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/ITES projects.
