The Autodesk Vault Support & Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Autodesk Vault environments. The role includes managing Vault servers, troubleshooting technical issues, performing upgrades and backups, supporting CAD users, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with engineering, design, and IT teams to maintain a secure Product Data Management (PDM) environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Autodesk Vault Professional administration and support.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Autodesk ecosystem products.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and document control processes.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
- Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell, VBA, or .NET is preferred.
- Understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts.
