Source and generate Home Loan & LAP business through Builder, DSA, DST, and referral channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with builders, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Identify and onboard recent channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
- Achieve monthly business, sourcing, and disbursement targets.
- Guide customers through the loan journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
- Track local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
