Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineer GCP

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in GCP infrastructure, cloud networking, security, automation, and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, provision, and manage GCP cloud infrastructure, projects, and VPCs.
- Implement cloud networking, IAM, federation, security policies, firewalls, and encryption using Cloud KMS.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build and GitHub.
- Monitor platform reliability, performance, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Implement access controls, resource quotas, and multi-tenant security policies.
- Drive cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and performance improvements.




- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and support cloud migration projects.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in GCP Foundations, IAM, Federation, and Cloud Security.
Expertise in GCP networking: VPC, VPC Peering, VPN, Cloud DNS, and Firewalls.
Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Build, and GitHub.
Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following GCP workloads:

- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Google Compute Engine (GCE)
- Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE)
- Cloud Run / Cloud Functions

Experience in cloud infrastructure design, network architecture, security, logging, and monitoring.
Customer-facing cloud migration experience, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
Solid communication skills and experience conducting technical workshops and deep-dive sessions.
