Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and develop the Wellness team, ensuring high-quality administration of wellness programs and vendor coordination
- Oversee wellness program enrollment administration, in-house and outsourced wellness program delivery, and vendor management
- Monitor wellness program effectiveness, analyzing utilization data and outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Partner with the Total Rewards & Mobility Delivery Lead and Total Rewards COE on wellness strategy alignment
- Manage vendor relationships for outsourced wellness programs, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and internal wellness program governance requirements
- Coordinate with HR communications and Digital HR teams to support wellness program awareness and employee engagement
- Track and report on wellness delivery metrics, escalating issues and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Advantages administration,



employee wellness, or HR program delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of wellness program design, administration, and vendor management in large organizations
- Experience managing wellness or benefits delivery teams within a GCC or shared services model
- Understanding of benefits compliance requirements and wellness program governance
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor program effectiveness.
