We are looking for an experienced RMC Plant Head to manage the overall operations of a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, concrete quality, raw material management, vehicle dispatch, plant maintenance, cost control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the RMC plant and ensure timely concrete production and dispatch.
- Plan production according to customer orders and project requirements.
- Ensure concrete quality as per approved mix designs and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for slump tests, cube testing, and other quality checks.
- Monitor raw material stock, including cement, aggregates, sand, fly ash, GGBS, and admixtures.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement and control material wastage.
- Manage transit mixers, concrete pumps, vehicle scheduling, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, turnaround time, and fuel consumption.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of batching plants, transit mixers, loaders, pumps, and related equipment.
- Handle equipment breakdowns and maintain service and maintenance records.
- Monitor production costs, diesel and electricity consumption, and repair expenses.
- Prepare daily production, dispatch, stock, and operational reports.




- Supervise plant operators, drivers, dispatch personnel, maintenance staff, and other employees.
- Ensure workplace safety, proper use of PPE, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and site engineers to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in RMC plant operations and management.
- Solid knowledge of batching plant operations, concrete production, and mix designs.
- Experience managing transit mixers, concrete pumps, raw materials, manpower, and plant maintenance.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and daily operational reporting.
- Candidates with experience managing commercial RMC plants and high-volume dispatch operations will be preferred.
