- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles such as:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Taxation and Audit
- Treasury and Controllership
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of finance professionals for current and future requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
- Robust experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, R2R, GL, FP&A;, Tax, Audit, and related finance functions.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in salary negotiation and offer management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools
