Candidate should be a LLB or LLM with more than 3 years of experience in Commercial Contract management. Redline review of NDAs, MSA, Terms Conditions, review of SoWs, POs and various IT contracts from regions like UK, Asia and Australia. Valuable command over language and drafting skills.
