About the Role

Lenskart is looking for passionate Optometrists to provide quality eye care, conduct eye examinations, recommend suitable eyewear, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role combines optometry expertise with customer service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct eye examinations by following Lenskart's 12-step optometry process.
- Perform refraction and provide accurate prescriptions.
- Educate customers about eye health, lenses, frames, and suitable eyewear.
- Recommend appropriate lenses and frames based on customer needs.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of lenses before product delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales and eye-test conversion targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow company SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene, equipment, and store standards.




- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Optometry or Bachelor of Optometry from a recognised institute.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of refraction, eye testing, and optical dispensing.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Willingness to work in a retail store setting and relocate if required.

Training and Development

Selected candidates will undergo training as per Lenskart's onboarding and training process.

Work Location

Multiple locations across India, based on business requirements.
