"Hiring for AR Callers - Denial Management & Prior Authorization"

Designation: AR Caller- Denial Management & Prior Authorization

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Night Shift: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM (Own transport - allowance will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact insurance companies to check the status of outstanding medical claims.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, or underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Analyse claim denials and identify the root cause.
- Ensure maximum reimbursement by resolving billing and payment discrepancies.
- Document all interactions and updates accurately in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years experience in AR calling / US healthcare RCM.
- Excellent communication skills...
