Role & Responsibilities

- Visit retail stores and assigned market areas to manage business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and local business partners.
- Support customer acquisition, order collection, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain regular reporting.
- Work across assigned Bengaluru locations as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for selected positions.
- Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of FMCG experience are required for the specialized FMCG hiring category.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with retailers and meeting performance targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
