Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, systems, networks, voice, end-user computing, service desk, business applications and technology resilience at scale.
- Required: Practical experience identifying enterprise AI use cases and partnering through evaluation, implementation, adoption and value realisation.
- Good understanding of technology risk, information security, control frameworks, audit lifecycle, business continuity and regulatory/client compliance.
- Strong leadership dashboarding and data-visualisation capability using tools such as Power BI, including KPI/KRI design and executive insight generation.
- Preferred: Exposure to generative AI, data platforms, AI governance, data readiness, model risk, responsible AI and enterprise-scale adoption.

Process Specific Skills

- Translate business needs into technology and AI opportunities, business cases, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Strong command of IT service management, operational governance, incident/problem/change management, vendor governance and continual improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI and presentation tools, with working knowledge of programme, project and process-mapping tools.




- Prepare concise executive reports and facilitate governance reviews with senior internal and client stakeholders.

Work Experience Requirements

- 1518 years of progressive technology experience, including significant leadership responsibility for operations supporting 5,000+ users in a complex, multi-site and/or global environment.
- Demonstrated experience identifying enterprise AI opportunities and partnering through development, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Proven ownership of technology budgets, workforce planning, strategic vendors, operational risk, audits, control remediation and compliance governance.
- Proven ability to establish operational KPIs/KRIs and use leadership dashboards to drive decisions with senior executives and clients.
- Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams and delivering measurable service, cost, risk, user-experience and transformation outcomes in a 24 7 setting.
- Role is based in Bengaluru or Chennai, with flexibility to support global stakeholders and travel as required.
