- US EST Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
- Candidates must be comfortable working in either shift, depending on project requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions. The candidate should have robust programming skills and practical experience building scalable, production-ready AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines for data preparation, training, validation, and inference.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation.
- Integrate AI/ML models into applications using REST APIs and microservices.
- Deploy models to cloud platforms and production environments.
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, retraining,



and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
- Follow best practices for testing, documentation, security, and scalability.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and production ML workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL and data processing techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
