- Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Pick, pack, check, and dispatch products according to customer orders and invoices.
- Verify product names, quantities, batch details, and stock availability before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, sales teams, transporters, and delivery personnel.
- Ensure proper packaging and handling of cosmetic products to prevent damage or leakage.
- Track dispatched orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, returns, damaged goods, and undelivered orders.
- Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the dispatch area.
- Report dispatch discrepancies, shortages, and other operational issues to the warehouse manager.




- Follow company procedures for inventory control, order processing, and dispatch documentation.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience in warehouse dispatch, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to check invoices, product quantities, and dispatch documents accurately.
- Positive coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team.
