The ideal candidate should have strong selling skills and knowledge of men’s fashion trends.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
- Recommend suitable formal and ethnic wear based on customer preferences.
- Explain product features, styles, and pricing to customers.
- Handle counter sales and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain neat clothing displays and ensure proper folding of garments.
- Keep the showroom organized and manage the shop floor.
- Follow up on customer requirements and work towards achieving sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate with at least 3 years of experience in apparel or retail sales.
- Knowledge of men’s formal and ethnic wear.
- Robust customer-handling, communication, and convincing skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and target-oriented.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
- Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 based on performance.
