Job DescriptionRole SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and client-focused professionals to join our Client Servicing team in the event management industry. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, preparing proposals, and ensuring the smooth planning and execution of events within agreed timelines and budgets.

Candidates with robust communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Both freshers with relevant educational backgrounds and experienced professionals with client servicing or event management experience will be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships and understand client requirements, objectives and expectations.

- Handle day-to-day client communication, follow-ups and updates throughout the event lifecycle.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute events effectively.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations and other client-related documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, coordination and on-ground execution, as required.
- Ensure event plans align with client budgets, timelines and expectations.
- Track project schedules, deliverables and pending tasks to ensure smooth execution.




- Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
- Collect post-event feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and client preferences.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Understanding of event planning, coordination and execution.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, quotations and commercial aspects of events.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, ownership and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications Candidates with an educational background in Event Management, Event Planning, Hospitality or related fields are preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in client servicing, event management, corporate events or agency coordination will be preferred for senior positions.
- Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) is an added advantage.
