Anand Overseas is a trusted visa and study-abroad consultancy, helping students since 2020 with study visas for the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, USA and Australia. We are looking for an experienced counsellor to join our Ahmedabad branch.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, countries, courses and universities
- Evaluate student profiles (academics, budget, English test scores) and suggest the right country and intake
- Guide students on admission, documentation, funds and visa filing
- Handle enquiries from calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp, and convert them into enrolments
- Follow up regularly with leads and keep student records updated in the CRM
- Explain visa rules, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL requirements and MOI-based admission clearly
- Give honest, realistic advice with no false promises
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets
- Stay updated on visa rule changes and intake deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad or visa counselling
- Good knowledge of UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA study visa processes
- Fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Strong communication, follow-up and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Target-oriented, self-driven and confident with students and parents
