Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruitment Interns who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition. The intern will work closely with the recruitment team to understand the end-to-end hiring process, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
- Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, skills, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team or clients.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques,



and candidate management.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team setting.
- Positive attitude and good organizational skills.

- Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
- Freshers interested in pursuing a career in HR Recruitment are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies or recruitment is an added advantage.
