Position: Training Manager US Healthcare Recruitment

Location: Noida, Sector-4(Near to Noida Sector-16 metro station).

Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office

Interview Mode: Virtual.

Shift: Night Shift US Hours

Experience: 7+ years in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Train, coach, and mentor US Healthcare Recruiters, with a major focus on Travel Nursing recruitment.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new hires as well as existing recruiters.
- Provide hands-on training on the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,



candidate engagement, submission, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding.
- Train recruiters on Travel RN, RN, LPN/LVN, and CNA requirements.
- Improve recruiter productivity, submission quality, interview ratios, placements, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular assessments, refresher sessions, call reviews, 1:1 coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
- Train teams on sourcing strategies, pay/package discussions, candidate handling, compliance basics, and effective use of ATS/MSP/VMS platforms.
- Work closely with Recruitment Managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training interventions.
- Maintain training reports and track the effectiveness of training programs.

Ideal Candidate:

- 7+ years of US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment experience.
- Strong and substantial experience in Travel Nursing recruitment is mandatory.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or managing healthcare recruiters.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing lifecycle and nursing recruitment.
- Experience handling or training teams of approximately 810 recruiters or more is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of recruiter KPIs, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, compliance, and recruitment delivery.
- Exposure to healthcare ATS/MSP/VMS platforms such as JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, Medefis, ShiftWise, HealthTrust, StafferLink, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and people-development skills.
