Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet ECM Administrator responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. The candidate will handle patching, upgrades, user access management, incident resolution, SLA compliance, technical documentation, and coordination with OEM support to ensure smooth platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and monitor the IBM FileNet ECM platform to ensure availability and stability.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FileNet application, system, and performance-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Handle incidents,



service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs.
- Monitor platform health and coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams.
- Coordinate with IBM/OEM support for complex technical issues and service requests.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Support audit requirements, compliance activities, and operational reporting.
