About Company : Pioneering a new category of Crossover Utility Vehicles (CUVs), engineered from the ground up to be robust, capable and purpose-built around the evolving needs of customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven AGM Marketing to lead marketing function, driving brand building, customer engagement, demand generation and retail activation. The role will own marketing strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, strengthening brand visibility and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand, Content & Communications: Own brand strategy, positioning, content, social media, PR and corporate communications.
- Performance Marketing & Intelligence: Drive digital campaigns, lead generation, marketing analytics, consumer insights and ROI optimisation.
- Retail Activation & Experiential Marketing: Lead dealer marketing, BTL campaigns, product launches, events, test-ride programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
- Team & Agency Management: Lead and develop the marketing team, manage agency partnerships and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across channels.
- Business Impact: Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, dealer network expansion and customer acquisition targets. Candidate Profile
- 10 14 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a two-wheeler OEM, automotive or mobility brand. • Strong expertise across brand management, digital/performance marketing and retail activation. • Proven ability to build brands, drive demand and translate marketing investments into measurable business outcomes.



• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation.
