What you'll doGrow your area like its your own business

- Own the revenue and P&L; for your territory, including stores, home eye tests and

everything in between

- Hit and beat targets on sales, eye-test conversions, upselling, ATV and Reach-on-Time
- Spot white spaces in your area and help decide where Lenskart opens next

- Lead store managers, optometrists and field specialists
- Coach on the floor and in the field, not from a desk

- Own the full customer journey, from the first eye test to the final delivery

What it takesThis is a high-ownership, on-the-ground role. Expect live location tracking, strict appointmenttimings and monthly revenue and KPI targets. If structure and accountability fire you up, you'lldo very well here.
