- Administer Windows Server 2012 R22022: build, decommission, configuration and hardening to WD standards
- Resolve L2/L3 incidents and service requests within SLR; take part in P1/P2 bridges and RCA
- Execute monthly patching (high-risk patches within 14 days, others within 30 days) and report compliance
- Manage Active Directory member-server dependencies, DNS/DHCP, file and print, IIS and clustering
- Monitor capacity and performance; raise and execute approved changes through CAB
- Automate repetitive tasks (PowerShell) and support the volume-reduction glide path
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, CMDB records and knowledge articles
