Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead Enterprise Service Delivery & Assurance functions including SOC/NOC Operations, Tier 2 Support, Incident Management, and Service Delivery Governance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large technical operations teams supporting enterprise customers, driving SLA performance, major incident management, customer escalations, and operational excellence across a 24x7 setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Service Delivery & Assurance operations.
- Manage SOC/NOC and Tier 2 Support teams in a 24x7 support environment.
- Drive SLA compliance, service availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Own major incident (P1/P2) management, escalation governance, and service restoration activities.
- Lead workforce planning, capacity management, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer governance calls, operational reviews, and executive communications.
- Drive continual service improvement, RCA reviews, and operational excellence programs.




- Lead and develop managers, team leads, and network engineers while fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, SOC, Telecom Operations, Managed Services, Technical Support, or Service Delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing large technical operations teams of 100+ network engineers.
- Proven experience supporting global enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience in 24x7 support environments and shift operations.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
