- Ensure on-time customer deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Manage production planning and scheduling activities.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;/PIC).
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS/PDP).
- Coordinate production plans with Manufacturing and Operations teams.
- Support successful launch of new programs.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock.
- Coordinate transportation and warehouse activities.
- Drive logistics cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and suppliers.
Team Management
- Lead the Plant PC&L; team.
- Define departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Develop team capability through coaching and training.
- Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning.
Performance Management
- Monitor logistics KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing teams.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Improve delivery performance and inventory accuracy.
Preferred candidate profile
- Master's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management
- 10-15 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Experience in Production Planning and Control
- Solid Logistics & Warehouse Management experience
- Experience in Material Planning
- Customer Scheduling experience
