URGENT HIRING HR HEAD IN VARANASI, UTTAR PRADESH

An established Eye Hospital in Banaras (Varanasi), Uttar Pradesh, is urgently looking for an experienced HR Head to independently manage the complete HR department. Candidates with strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, labour law compliance and healthcare workforce management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR functions, employee relations and workforce management.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks and labour law compliance processes.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll, salary structures, attendance, leave, incentives and statutory deductions.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage hiring, onboarding and manpower planning for doctors, nurses, technicians and non-medical staff.
- Training & Development: Organize employee induction, training and professional development programs.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, KPIs, employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Employee Engagement: Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, employee retention and workplace culture.
- Hospital Administration: Coordinate with hospital management and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus and other applicable labour law requirements.




- HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare manpower, payroll, attrition and other management reports.
- Organizational Development: Support workforce planning, succession planning and HR process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as an HR Head / HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist.
- Solid practical knowledge of HR policies, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR department.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 Per Month
- Salary based on experience and suitability.
