Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Server Administrator to manage and maintain production server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot production Linux servers.
- Administer cPanel/WHM, including hosting, domains, email, and server management.
- Configure high availability, failover, and load balancing using NGINX/HAProxy.
- Monitor servers using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent tools.
- Handle server security hardening, patching, firewalls, and access management.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and recovery testing.




- Handle production incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
- Automate routine tasks using Bash/Python scripting.
- Manage deployments, capacity planning, and server documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on server/system administration experience.
- Strong Linux server administration and cPanel/WHM expertise.
- Experience with High Availability (HA), failover, and NGINX/HAProxy.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and firewalls.
- Experience in server security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Good scripting skills in Bash/Python.
- Strong production troubleshooting and incident management skills.
