9+years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles.
- Strong manual testing expertise across web applications and portals.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira for test and defect management.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
