Assistant Manager - Internal Audit (IS/IT Audit)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Key Requirements:

- 35 years of experience in Internal Audit, IS Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Risk or Technology Risk.
- Prior experience in Banking / Payments Bank / Small Finance Bank preferred.
- Robust understanding of RBI IT & Cybersecurity guidelines and CSITE framework.
- Hands-on experience in ITGC, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM, VAPT, WAF, DR/BCP, Change Management and Application Controls.
- Experience in executing risk-based IT/IS audits, identifying control gaps and drafting audit observations.
- Ability to independently manage audits and coordinate with Technology, Information Security and Business teams.
- CISA / CISM / CISSP / ISO 27001 certification preferred.
- Must Have: Prior Internal Audit / Cybersecurity experience with strong exposure to banking technology controls.
