About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive RPO Coordinator to be deployed onsite at our clients office as an implant SPOC. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in IT recruitment operations, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and sourcing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong process orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination 60%

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client, hiring managers, interview panels, and internal recruitment teams.
- Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process, including scheduling, rescheduling, and ensuring interviewer availability.
- Handle feedback management by following up with interviewers, tracking feedback status, and ensuring timely closures.
- Provide weekly/quarterly recruitment dashboards and reports as required by the client.
- Conduct regular client meetings, understand hiring demands, and ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate status reports, and hiring SLAs.




- Support compliance with RPO processes, documentation, and recruitment governance standards.

2. Sourcing 40%

- Source relevant IT profiles using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referral networks.
- Perform initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate candidate engagement, interest validation, and interview readiness.
- Maintain strong pipelines for niche and recurring roles.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of RPO functions, workflows, and recruitment processes.
- Experience in IT recruitment (must).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic data analysis) for reporting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate under tight deadlines.
- Robust interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of process orientation.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or RPO operations.
- Prior experience working in an onsite/implant recruitment model is an advantage
