Bathla Aluminium is a Bengaluru-based manufacturer established in 1983, known for ladders, bathroom fittings, ironing boards, and related home and industrial aluminium products sold through a distributor/dealer network across India.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Finance Executive to independently own the Accounts Receivable function for Bathla Aluminium — managing customer invoicing, reconciliation, AR reporting, and receivables accounting for our distributor and dealer network. This is an individual contributor role working closely with a dedicated collections team, internal finance, and dealer accounts to keep receivables accurate and current.
What You Will Do
1. Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for the company's distributor/dealer accounts
2. Record customer sales returns on a daily basis
3. Coordinate with the collections team to track and follow up on outstanding payments
4. Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Prepare AR aging reports and collection status MIS
6. Coordinate with internal teams and customers on payment-related issues
7. Ensure accurate accounting entries and support month-end closing activities
8. Monitor overdue accounts and flag critical issues for escalation
9. Maintain accurate records of receipts, debit notes, credit notes, and adjustments
10. Support audit requirements with necessary documentation
What We're Looking For
1. B.Com or any commerce-related degree (MBA Finance/M.Com candidates also welcome, not mandatory)
2. 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, customer reconciliation, and collections coordination
3. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, etc.)
4. Comfortable working in either an ERP/SAP/Oracle environment or a Tally/Excel-based setup
5. Solid communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
6. Immediate joiners preferred
7. Willingness to work from office, Bengaluru, during 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
