We are looking for agile and result-oriented professionals with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Locations: Ahmedabad | Rajkot | Pune | Indore | Mumbai | Nagpur

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Secured Loans / LAP Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products
Drive business growth and achieve login, disbursement, and productivity targets
Conduct basic customer eligibility and income assessments
Manage the end-to-end loan journey from lead generation to disbursement
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines
Coordinate effectively with Credit, Risk,



and Operations teams
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business
Work closely with DSA and channel partners to maximize business opportunities
Cross-sell banking products such as CASA and other offerings.

Strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills
Experience in Secured Lending / LAP business
Target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced banking environment
