Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with expertise in PEB construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to PEB building construction and erection.
- Monitor the installation of structural steel, roofing, cladding, and other PEB components.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and site productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the project management team for timely resolution.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities while adhering to approved schedules.
- Coordinate with design, planning, quality, and project teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of PEB construction and steel structure erection.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor management, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in PEB companies or steel structure construction projects.
- Experience handling industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
