To generate sales for Ludhiana/Amritsar/Jammu (End user) region business - North.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales for Rockwell and Strategic product line for assigned customers.
- Responsible for Current Customer Development.
- Prepare quotations for enquiry.
- Sales visit for assigned product line.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing allocated targets.
- Organise Online Seminars Product update sessions for customers.
- Increase in-house share of Sales in existing customers.
Measurable Deliverables
- Value of order logged
- Time spent on usage of CRM
- Sales Target Achievement
- To maintain a healthy Sales Funnel
- Responsible for Complete sales cycle
Key Competencies and Skills
- Should have exposure in End-User /Panel builder/EPC sales, closure, commercial terms and conditions,
negotiation skills, key account management etc.
- Should clearly understand and deliver customer and market segment needs.
- Should understand market trends competition.
Credentials Experience
- Graduation in BE/B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
