Job Purpose

The Technical Manager (TM) is responsible for managing the technicalcollateral evaluation process at branch and regional levels, ensuringtimely property valuations, APF/CF approvals, vendor management, and TATadherence . The role focuses on risk mitigation, query reduction, andoperational excellence , while supporting Zonal Technical Managers inportfolio quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Execution

Conduct and review APF, Non-APF, and CF property cases withindelegated authority.

Ensure site visits, valuations, documentation, andrecommendations are complete and accurate.

Flag high-risk or red-category cases to RTM / ZTM for review.

2. TAT & QualityCompliance

Monitor TAT adherence for branch submissions and vendor reports.

Track First-Time-Right (FTR)performance , identify rework areas, and implement corrective measures.

Support query resolution and queryreduction initiatives .

3. Vendor Management

Coordinate with vendors forvaluations and technical reports .

Track vendor performance,cost, and quality , escalating issues to RTM / ZTM.





Support vendor onboarding,training, and periodic review .

4. Branch & BusinessSupport

Support branches in APF/CFgeneration within approved limits .

Visit properties exceedingthreshold amounts (e.g., >1 Cr.) and support high-value case assessments .

Provide feedback to RTM/ZTM onbranch-level risk trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.

5. Compliance & AuditSupport

Ensure branch-level activitiescomply with technical policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards .

Support internal and externalaudits with documentation and clarifications .

6. Reporting & Insights

Prepare branch/regional MISreports on TAT, FTR, vendor performance, and query trends.

Highlight operational bottlenecks and recommend processimprovement
