Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of core platform engineering services.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based platforms.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives and engineering best practices.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure deployment.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve platform reliability.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Establish platform observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Support developer self-service capabilities and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
- Define platform architecture standards, governance, and security controls.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security,



and Cloud teams.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience requirements are met.
- Lead technical reviews, root cause analysis (RCA), and platform improvement initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform teams.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Support performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost management initiatives.
